Projects triggering DRI thresholds receive increased regulatory scrutiny at state and local levels. The ERS team has assisted with the approval of many DRI projects.
Our services include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Perform field studies to characterize wetland and upland plant communities
- Conduct detailed wildlife surveys per FWC guidelines and methodology
- Prepare formal responses to Application for Development Approval (ADA) Questions 12 through 15, which pertain to “Vegetation and Wildlife”, “Wetlands”, “Water”, and “Soils”, respectively
- Address sufficiency questions
- Participate in public hearings, agency meetings, and agency negotiations
- Assist with any Notice of Proposed Changes (NOPCs)
- Provide expert witness testimony
