Scope of Services - Wetlands

Wetlands

       

The wetlands regulatory programs administered by the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), state and local agencies have become complicated and largely esoteric.  ERS has a full understanding of agency processes and performs the following services:

 

  • Delineate wetlands pursuant to the metodologies perscribed by USACE, and various state and local agencies.

    Obtain agency verification of flagged wetland boundaries.

    Prepare, submit and facilitate processing of various permit applications.

    Manage agency negotiations for wetland impact assessment and compensatory requirements.

    Provide mitigation plan development and design services.

    Supervise plant material installation for mitigation projects.

    Conduct mitigation project monitoring and reporting services.
  • Prepare "significant nexus" information and submit it to USACE, pursuant USACE policies resulting from the 2006 U.S. Supreme Court Rapanos decisions.
