Scope of Services: Master Plans |
| | Nearly all properties present development opportunites. Some also have constraints. ERS recognizes and understands the two, and assists in creating site plans which optimize the former while limiting the latter to manageable levels. ERS master planning services include: Conduct desktop mapping and Geographic Information System (GIS) analyses to identify vegetative communities, critical habitats, protected species utilization, and unique natural resources associated with the study area. Perform field studies to characterize wetland and upland plant communities as well as endangered and protected species habitats. Prepare GIS exhibits and text for assessments of existing resources and predicted impacts. Work with project team to minimize environmental conflicts while maximizing land use specific permitting opportunities.
