Projects tripping DRI thresholds receive increased regulatory scrutiny at state and local levels.  ERS assisted with the approval of over half a dozen DRI projects.  Our services include:

• Perform field studies to characterize wetland and upland plant communities.
  
  Prepare responses to Application for Development Approval (ADA) Questions 12 (Vegetation and Wildlife), 13 (Wetlands), 14 (Water), 15 (Soils) and others.
• 
  Participate in public hearings, agency meetings and agency negotiations.
• Provide expert witness testimony.
