Project Experience: Mitigation Banking |

| | Project: Loblolly Mitigation Bank Client: Cheyenne Environmental Location: Duval County, Florida ERS was tasked with wetland delineation and permitting services to authorize a mitigation bank to serve projects within the vicinity of St. Johns River Water Management District (SJRWMD) Basin 4. All necessary coordination with the Mitigation Bank Review Team (MBRT) was undertaken by ERS and all required functional analyses, including the Wetland Rapid Assessment Procedure (WRAP) were conducted to calculate credits and obtain permits from both SJRWMD and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. |

| | Project: Ormond Crossing Mitigation Bank Client: Tomoka Holdings, LLC Location: Flagler/Volusia Counties, FloridaERS was charged with leading the permitting effort for this 1,877-acre bank located within the St. Johns River Water Management District (SJRWMD Basin) 17. ERS was responsible for the enhancement mitigation design, functional assessment, and agency coordination. The Uniform Mitigation Assessment Method (UMAM) was conducted to determine the credits and obtain permits from SJRWMD and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. |

| | Project: Thomas Creek Mitigation Bank Client: Stokes Land Group Location: Nassau County, Florida The 595-acre ± Thomas Creek Mitigation Bank project included environmental services associated with the Environmental Resource Permit (ERP). ERS was involved with this project from the pre-application stage, through the site analysis, wildlife surveys, mitigation and perpetual management plan development, functional analysis utilizing the Uniform Mitigation Assessment Method (UMAM), and negotiating the final wording of the ERP and ecological value of the mitigation bank. The project has just entered the operational phase and ERS is assisting the client in implementing the mitigation plan and is performing the mandated ecological monitoring requirements. |

| | Project: Tupelo Mitigation Bank Client: Cheyenne Environmental Location: St. Johns County, Florida ERS was tasked with wetland delineation and permitting services to authorize a 1500-acre mitigation bank to serve projects within the vicinity of St. Johns River Water Management (SJRWMD) District Basin 5. All necessary coordination with the Mitigation Bank Review Team (MBRT) was undertaken by ERS and all required functional analyses, including the Wetland Rapid Assessment Procedure (WRAP), was conducted to calculate credits and obtain permits from SJRWMD and the U.S. Corps of Engineers. |
