ERS Environmental

Ms. Knecht performs a variety of functions related to environmental evaluation and permitting for ERS. She interacts regularly with both clients and regulatory agency staff members concerning environmental assessments, permitting, and associated tasks relevant to natural resource management.  Ms. Knecht specializes in and routinely performs wetland impact/mitigation assessments, National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) assessments and Environmental Assessments (EA's) as related to cellular tower construction, AutoCAD/ArcView graphic design, site-specific threatened/endangered species evaluation and permitting, Wetland Rapid Assessment Procedure (WRAP) and Uniform Mitigation Assessment Method (UMAM) documentation, and environmental resource permitting for state and federal authorizations. Ms. Knecht has ten years of experience in environmental disciplines and detailed knowledge of the local, state and state and federal rules and regulations as they pertain to her listed responsibilities.
