Ms. Wester's experience includes conducting environmental assessments and environmental resource permitting for both small and large scale projects throughout northeast Florida. As a project manager, she directly coordinates with both clients and agency personnel from St. Johns River Water Management District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, and Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission. Ms. Wester has experience conducting wetland delineations, submerged aquatic vegetation surveys, threatened and endangered species surveys, dock and marina permitting, and mitigation bank permitting. She specializes in airport wildlife hazard assessments and is a Qualified Airport Wildlife Biologist per FAA A.C. 150/5200-36. In addition to conducting wildlife hazard assessments, she also conducts annual audits of Wildlife Hazard Management Plans for airports and wildlife hazard training for airport personnel. Ms. Wester has nine years of experience in the business.
