Allan F. Hooker, Vice President

Mr. Hooker performs both technical and administrative duties at ERS. Through site inspection and use of various documents/publications, he assesses land for development opportunity, targeting wetland and wildlife issues that affect site planning and net usable acreage. He produces wetland and wildlife maps as part of environmental assessments. Mr. Hooker delineates areas using U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and St. Johns River Water Management District wetland criteria, arranges for agency personnel to confirm the delineations and escorts agency staff during the confirmation.
